    I keep coming back to this version of this piece, musicality at its finest, Garrick knows when to slow it down and when to speed up, I can just feel his soul more with this rendition. Simply Beautiful.

      This Steinway concert grand was purchased by the Warsaw Philharmonic for the 2015 Chopin Competition. Jarosław Bednarski is a piano technician who takes care of it. Actually thats the first season after complex refinishing of hammers and action. That's why it sounds pretty fresh

  • @Jose_Miguel_1971
    @Jose_Miguel_1971 Год назад +9

    Increíble ! Bravo. Acá tenemos 3 sólidas patas para lograr un perfecto equilibrio:
    La composición: una de las mejores piezas para piano de Chopin, con tremenda cantidad de matices, alta intensidad de emociones, belleza melódica, y todo esto lo logra Chopin con una combinación de pasajes que fluyen entre lo más simple y puro hasta lo más complejo y virtuoso.
    El pianista: cualquier pianista que logre tocar esta música sin errores ya es digno de admiración, pero cuando tenemos aquellos que logran la perfección en la interpretación y hacen que uno vuelva a escucharlos porque te llegan al alma, tenemos un fuera de serie como el caso de Garrick Ohlson.
    Finalmente tenemos al instrumento, acá se da un caso en que el sonido del piano es perfecto. Qué nivel de bajos, qué perfecta la afinación, qué limpio y claros los medios y los agudos. Hay todo un trabajo detrás, en la persona que lo entonó, que lo mantiene mecánicamente y que lo afinó, es realmente un lujo el sonido que entrega este piano.

    È semplice: Ohlson non deve dimostrare nulla. Non deve piacere ai TikToker che si esaltano guardando i filmati in cui qualcuno prova a vedere quante note riesce a suonare de La Campanella di Liszt intanto che si richiude il coperchio del pianoforte. È all'altezza di qualsiasi difficoltà tecnica, e DECIDE il tempo di esecuzione come ritiene più opportuno in funzione della profondità interpretativa e della raffinatezza di risoluzione delle sfumature e dei livelli di pathos che vuole raggiungere. L'entusiastica ovazione finale del pubblico, più che selezionato e che conosce sicuramente a memoria la partitura, e non ultimo l'ha ascoltata già suonata da pianisti di vaglio... Dimostra che QUEL pubblico l'ha capita nella sua struggente bellezza.
    Quando Martha Argerich "corre", corre per un motivo, non per far vedere sino a che punto riesce ad eseguire cascate di ottave senza pasticciare tutto...
    In questo caso lui propone una lettura magnifica e introspettiva, lontana dalla frenesia strappaclick. Bravo bravo bravo bravo.
